Terms & Conditions
The framework of our craft — clear, considered, and shaped to honour every collaboration.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or engaging with The Heirloom Boutique — through our website, consultations, or commissioned work — you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
Our Services
The Heirloom Boutique is a digital atelier specialising in brand identity, web design, and visual storytelling for fine jewellery houses. Our services include:
- Brand identity creation and refinement
- Bespoke web design and digital experiences
- Campaign art direction and visual storytelling
- Strategic positioning and brand consultation
- Content creation and editorial direction
Each engagement is unique. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a written proposal agreed by both parties before any work commences.
Bookings & Payment
A signed proposal and a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project value) are required to secure your place in our atelier calendar. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, unless an alternate schedule is documented in the proposal.
All payments are due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a service charge and may delay or pause active work until accounts are settled.
Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be quoted separately. Final approval of deliverables is the client's responsibility — once approved, additional changes may incur further fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final approved deliverables — final logos, brand assets, and completed websites — become your exclusive property. The Heirloom Boutique retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Preliminary concepts, exploratory drafts, and unused design directions remain the property of The Heirloom Boutique and may not be used by the client.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the utmost discretion. Any sensitive business details, unreleased collections, or strategic plans shared with us during our collaboration remain strictly confidential and are never disclosed to third parties.
Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates based on agreed scope and timely client feedback. Delays in client responses, content delivery, or approvals may shift the project timeline accordingly. We commit to communicating any timeline changes promptly.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel a project, you remain liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date and the initial deposit is non-refundable. The Heirloom Boutique reserves the right to terminate engagements where collaboration has become untenable, with all completed work invoiced accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
The Heirloom Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the deliverables we produce. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services (hosting, fonts, plugins, photography). We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or pricing of these external services — though we'll always recommend partners we trust.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version will always be available on this page with the latest revision date. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
